Results of production by seed and growth Amomum longiligulare T.L.Wu in the narratory stage in Son La

Abstract

Amomum longiligulare T. L.Wu is a precious medicinal herb that is being prioritized to focus on developing large-scale cultivation according to the Decision No. 1976 of the Prime Minister of Vietnam dated October 30, 2013, the list of designated ecological zones for planting in Son La. This study was carried out within the framework of the scientific research and technological development project at the ministerial level, the Ministry of Education and Training, code B2019 - TTB - 03 in Son La area. The purpose of the study was to determine the best incubation tempera shade and potting composition for Amomum longiligulare T. L.Wu seedlings at the nursery stage (up to 9 months of age). Full randomized block design with 3 repetitions and mathematical statistical processing was applied. The results showed that the best incubation temperature for Amomum longiligulare T. L.Wu seeds was 50 degrees for 12 hours, giving the highest germination rate of 89.0% and the shortest incubation time of 19.1 days. The results showed that the rate of shading 50% had the best effect, with the survival rate of 82.2%, the average root diameter of 5.9 mm, the average height of the tops 33.3 cm, growing between trees. quite uniform, coefficient of variation in diameter is 13.0%, coefficient of variation in height is 24.14%. The composition of the potting medium did not really have a significant effect on the survival rate, but it did have a significant effect on the growth in diameter and height of Amomum longiligulare T.L.Wu seedlings. Best potting soil composition 70% topsoil + 20% fine sand + 10% manure (addition of 2 g phosphorus/pot) for survival rate of 88.9%, average root diameter of 5.9 mm, soaring height tops average 35.3 cm, trees grow evenly in both stem diameter and height. The results also show that Amomum longiligulare T.L.Wu plants should not be nursed in unshaded conditions and should not use potting soil up to 90% of the soil layer.
