Teak (Tectona grandis) is one of the species of quality hardwood, with high economic value. With the importance and prominent position of Teak in the global timber market, along with the potential to contribute to national economic growth and population for localities, teak is one of the objects of interest in sustainable forest management in many tropical and subtropical countries, including Vietnam. Currently, in order to boarder the genetic resource, some teak clones with good growth potential have been collected by Institute of Forestry Tree Improvement and Biotechnology. Propagation ALTS2 and PN4 teak clones by tissue culture method was conducted, including studies on: Chemicals and appropriate bud disinfectant concentration, study the effect of growth stimulants on bud multiplier and rooting rate in the two clones. The results showed that disinfecting the sample with HgCl2 0.05% in 5 minutes followed by H2O2 15% in 5 minutes gave the best results 16.67% (ALTS2) and 17.78% (PN4). The MS* medium was supplemented with BAP 0.5 mg/l, 30 g/l sucrose, 3.5 g/l agar for the best multiplier (2.86 for ALTS2 and 3.29 for PN4). The rooting rate was 88.89% (PN4) - 90% (ALTS2) with the medium of 1/2 MS* with the addition of 1.5 mg/l IBA
