Effects of paramets of soaking bamboo in the glue to quality pressed bamboo construction materials

Using PF glue and Luong bamboo (Dendrocalamus barbatus) as the research material for producing pressed bamboo blocks, construction materials. With impregnated glue levels 30%, 40%, 50% and impregnation time 10 min, 15 min, 20 minutes. The research results show that, when soaking glue with 40% concentration, the time of 15 min glue soaking is optimal. The results of the physical and physical properties achieved are as follows: Volume of pressed bamboo volume is 1.2 g/cm3; 12.6 MPa longitudinal slip strength; vertical compression strength of 55.7MPa; vertical tensile strength of 106.9 MPa; MOR is 91.0 MPa and MOE 14317.9 MPa
