Forest vegetable diverse in the special-use forest protecting the landscape of Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh province

The results of the investigation of plant diversity in the special-use forest that protects the landscape of Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh province so far have discovered a total of 830 species of plants, belonging to 4 plant branches (Lycopodiophyta, Polypodiophyta, Pinophyta, and Magnoliophyta), belongs to 14 different lifeform groups, in which the small grass life form has the largest number of species with 157 species. Of the 830 species that have been investigated, 299 are new discoveries compared to the previous list of species managed by the Ha Long Bay Management Board. The flora in the special-use forest to protect the landscape of Vinh Ha Long belongs to 12 groups of different uses, in which the group of medicinal pla nts has the highest number of species with 370 species. Among 830 plant species appearing in Ha Long Bay's special-use forest, there are 260 endemic, precious and rare species, accounting for 31.36% of the total species in the study area, of which 3 species belong to the Polypodiophyta, 7 species of the Pinophyta and 250 species of Magnoliophyta branch.
