Nghiên cứu xây dựng cơ sở khoa học cho việc dùng ảnh đa phổ từ máy bay không người lái (UAV) giám sát rừng ngập mặn qua ba nội dung: đặc trưng phản xạ phổ, vai trò của tấm hiệu chỉnh phản xạ và ảnh hưởng của độ cao bay. Ảnh được thu bằng thiết bị DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral trên khu rừng trồng 66 ha và khu rừng tự nhiên 71 ha tại tỉnh Cà Mau trong hai đợt tháng 5 và tháng 11 năm 2025, ở hai độ cao 100 m và 150 m, xử lý bằng Pix4D Mapper theo phương án có và không có tấm hiệu chỉnh. Phản xạ bốn kênh Green, Red, Red edge và NIR ổn định trong cùng chuyến bay ở cả hai độ cao, trong đó NIR và Red edge phân tách rừng với mặt nước rõ nhất, và độ chính xác phân loại bốn nhóm đối tượng đạt cao ở cả hai độ cao (90,0% ở 100 m và 96,0% ở 150 m). Khi xử lý không có tấm, phản xạ trên đối tượng rừng giảm 11,2 đến 18,5 lần nên không dùng được giá trị tuyệt đối; tuy vậy chín trong mười sáu chỉ số thực vật được khảo sát, đều thuộc dạng tỷ số thuần nhất, vẫn giữ hệ số tương quan từ 0,8 trở lên so với bản có hiệu chỉnh ở độ cao 150 m. Bay 100 m tiêu tốn gấp 1,75 đến 1,97 lần nguồn lực so với 150 m mà chất lượng dữ liệu không khác biệt đáng kể. Nghiên cứu khuyến nghị bay ở độ cao 150 m, dùng tấm hiệu chỉnh khi cần giá trị phản xạ tuyệt đối, và khi không đặt được tấm thì nhóm chỉ số đã sàng lọc vẫn dùng được cho giám sát tương đối.
